Join us for this regional event benefitting the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation while bringing awareness to this insidious, silent killer

This 5k race is not just about running; it's about embracing mindfulness and creating meaningful connections. Participants will start their journey with a guided mindfulness session to center their thoughts and set positive intentions. As they run or walk the course, they'll be encouraged to reflect on personal growth and the supportive community around them.

Boys and girls ages 18 and under are welcome to participate in this swim / bike / and run event that has launched several Hill Country kids into sanctioned triathlon events. A bike helmet is required for this event. Event sponsored by Hill Country Bicycle Works.
