IDEA’s Healthy Kids Here Program recognizes that the roots of academic success for our students run far deeper than classroom and virtual learning alone. As part of our mission to become the Healthiest District in America, IDEA hosts an annual 5K Run/Walk in each of our large regions to engage our students, families, and the community in a fun, educational opportunity to be active.

Paid participants who pre-register will get an official IDEA 5K shirt!
All participants will receive an official IDEA 5K medal!

IDEA STUDENTS
Each campus is encouraged to show their campus spirit and order & design shirts for their student runners on their own.

7:00 A.M. - Healthy Living Expo and Race Day Registration

8:30 A.M. - 1 Mile Fun Run

9:00 A.M. - 5K Start

10:00 A.M. - Awards

Entry Fees

IDEA Students: Free (no shirt included)

IDEA Team & Family: $15 (+2.50 signup fee) Includes shirt

Individual Community Members: $20 (+2.50 signup fee) Includes shirt

1 Mile Fun Run:

Run is rain or shine unless otherwise noted by Race Directors.
