The Harlingen Police Department (HPD) is honored to host the 5th Annual 5K Walk/Run With the Heroes RGV on Saturday, October 12, 2019 starting at 8:00 a.m. in the Harlingen Downtown District on West Jackson Avenue and “A” Street.
