1K benefit for awareness to take a stand against violence. The Chosen Foundation will hold its 1st ever Dash in the Dark 1K fun run/walk to raise support for Andre Hicks. Andre Hicks was tragically shot in the temple when trying to break up a fight at a local club. At the age of 21 Andre was suddenly faced with the challenge of living life in a world that suddenly became Dark. The Chosen Foundation desires to break through the obstacles of darkness with God’s perfect light. We will accomplish this by raising funds to help Andre move to independence.
