COMPETITION LOGISTICS:
Open age division - Male and Female Divisions
100 Participants will compete in 10 heats of 10 - top 2 of each heat move on to semi-finals
Semi-Finals- 20 participants will compete in 2 heats of 10 runners - top 5 of each heat move on to finals
Finals - 10 runners will compete - WINNERS are top 3

Awards for Top 3 Males and Top 3 Females
Cash Prizes for Top 3 Males and Top 3 Females
