Racing Minds ATX will host a family friendly fun run/walk with distances of 5K or 1 mile (timed) and KidsK (untimed). The 5K is on a USATF Certified Course (map attached). The 1 mile and KidsK will remain in the park.
Mission: Racing Minds will create opportunities for individuals and families of all ability levels to improve mental health through running experiences in our community. Racing Minds commits to provide affordable, inclusive, age-appropriate, family-friendly running events that aim to teach life skills through running such as goal setting, determination and perseverance.
Vision: Racing Minds will serve Austin-area families by organizing positive, inclusive running events to introduce children, adolescents and adults of all abilities to the sport of running to encourage active lifestyles which benefit physical and mental health.
We are officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We welcome donations and sponsorships to support this effort!

All other numbers are considered LATE REGISTRATION and that’s where you'll head to at Packet Pickup

Races start/finish in the upper lot of Lakeline Park.
KidsK stays in the park.
5K and 1 mile go out to Little Elm (5K map in guide)
We are Rain or Shine, Hot or Cold.
5K and 1 mile - chip timed.
No refunds, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
Packets may be picked up by another person.
We allow late starts up to 10 minutes after start time. If you are later than that and you choose to start, note that you may not have support, coverage, or directional markings, and you will not be timed.
All Registration Changes must be handled on race morning with the timing company.
All packets not retrieved by race start time will be considered donations.
