The Riverside Nature Center experienced extensive flooding during the 4th of July Guadalupe River flood. Also, the river trail where we hold the race has been damaged to an unknown extent. The city of Kerrville has very important issues to deal with right now so we will be waiting a few weeks to contact them and determine whether or not we will be able to hold the race in September. If the race cannot be held, we will reach out to people who have already signed up.
In the meantime, please consider going to the Riverside Nature Center website below and making a donation. We need to pay for a new air conditioner, mold prevention, building a new fence along the river..and the list goes on!
