Race Day Schedule
(we will follow a rolling start after the first race):
· 8:30AM-Coaches meeting
· 9:00AM-Varsity Girls Championship (2.047 miles)
· 9:30AM-Varsity Boys Championship (3.047 miles)
· 10:00AM-JV Boys/Girls Combined (2.047 miles)
· Awards ceremony to immediately follow the final race of the day. Top ten Varsity boys and girls will receive medals. Team trophies will be awarded to the boys and girls first runner-up and District champion teams.
Entry Fees
$18 per athlete with a $400 cap per school. Please make checks out to St. Joseph High School.
Additional Info
Teams coming in Friday afternoon are welcome to come out to walk the course before dark-just stop at the ranger station and tell them you are with the Cross Country championship and they will wave you through.
· Water will be provided on race day for all runners with water and Gatorade available to purchase for spectators for $1. Kona Ice will also be on site.
· There is ample shaded area with picnic table seating. Teams are encouraged to bring canopies/tents.
· Each team is asked to provide one volunteer to help work the finish chute, street crossing, etc. Please have your volunteers check in with Meet Director Cassie Olive upon arrival.

Course
Our race course is a one-mile repeated loop consisting of short grass, sand lakefront and woods with one paved road to cross. It is spectator/coaching friendly with good lines of sight over most of the course. Spikes are permitted.
