A word from Heron’s Nest Farm owners
Heron’s Nest is very excited to host the Run in Texas women’s run. We welcome you to this amazing and beautiful part of Texas during our 6th Annual Lavender Festival. On that day we will also be hosting a unique array of artist at the farm .. They include potters, sculptors, painters, jewelry makers and garden art creators. The artist will be on hand to share their visions and their life’s work. (I can get more specific as we get vendors signed up) Here are some links to view some of their works……
We will also have classes on the farm centered around the use of Essential Oil. You can create your own body mister, massage oil or hand soap using your own blended scent. You will have lots of amazing Essential Oils to choose from including Lavender Oil which we will be distilling on that day so that you can see how that’s done. . These projects range in price from $5-$11.
Try out some culinary lavender in treats to buy that include Hibiscus Lavender Tea, Homemade Candies, Lavender laced Popcorn and more.
