We are excited to announce the inaugural Buda Turkey Trot presented by the Hat Creek Burger Co. & benefitting the Hays County Food Bank! This will be a 5K run/walk through the heart of the great city of Buda! Marks the start of a new family and community traditional to celebrate Thanksgiving. We'll have a FREE kids sprint as well so bring the whole family and invite friends to celebrate and get a healthy start to your Thanksgiving!
08:00 AM - Check-in and Day of Registration
08:30 AM - Kids Sprint. 100 year dash for kids 10 and under
09:00 AM - Buda City Park Parking lot closes. Cars must be parked by 9:00am on the onsite lot. There is additional ample street parking open.
09:15 AM - Opening Ceremonies
09:30 AM - Start of Race
11:15 AM - Winner Awards, Costume Awards, Check Presenation, Photo Opps
09:00 AM - T-Shirt Only
09:30 AM - 5K Run/Walk
10 and under are FREE
11-17 are $19.99
18-59 are $33.99 (Race Day On-Site Sign Up is $35.00)
60 and over are $19.99
Packet Pick Up:
- Wednesday 11/22 at Buda Bike Co.
- Time TBD
- There will also be day of packt pick-up from 8:00am -8:45am. We encourage everyone to pick up at Buda Bike Co on 11/22 to avoid delays on race day.
