The Harlingen Police Department (HPD) is honored to host the 3rd Annual 5K Walk/Run With the Heroes RGV on Saturday, September 30, 2017 starting at 8:00 a.m. in the Harlingen Downtown District on West Jackson Avenue and “A” Street.
