Blanco Vista Wildcat 5K

Online Registration will close 11/5/2015 at 11:59 PM. Walk up registration available at Early Shirt/Bib Pickup,

11/6/2015 from 3:00-6:00 PM at Blanco Vista Elementary or on Race Day from 6:45 to 7:45 a.m.

DAY OF RACE SCHEDULE:

6:45am – 7:45     Late registration and packet pickup

7:30am – Warm up with Texas Health and Raquet Club

7:50am – Runners line up/National Anthem/Race Directions

8:00am – Race begins!!

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION:

Ride with a friend, walk, and get there early to avoid parking issues!

***All parking will now be at the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, Trail Ridge Pass, San Marcos, TX. ***

Remember, carpooling and walking are the best ways to get to the races!  

The 5k will begin and end in the staff parking lot of Blanco Vista Elementary. You may park in this lot if

you arrive early, but it will fill up fast, so plan on arriving before 7:30 if you want to park here. The front lot

will also be available until 7:45.

Early Shirt/Bib Pickup will be on Friday, November 6, 2015 from 3:00-6:00 pm, in the cafeteria of Blanco

Vista Elementary (2951 Blanco Vista Blvd, San Marcos, TX) or Race Day morning from 6:45am -7:45am.

The race will go on, rain or shine!  So dress accordingly!  

There are restrooms available in the cafeteria of Blanco Vista Elementary.

Warm Up provided by Texas Health and Raquet Club at 7:30am, before the race.

Two water stations on the course, near the 1 mile and the 2 mile markers.  Refueling will include fruit,

water, and cereal bars.

Finisher medals will be also be given to all BVES students who complete the 5K!

In addition, 5K medals will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each grade level (K-5) and age bracket (11-

14, 15-19, 20-24, etc. in five year age brackets to 60 and over, male and female).
