The Great Pumpkin Dash 5k Run is organized by the San Marcos Kiwanis Club. The San Marcos Kiwanis Club, under the direction of Kiwanis Clubs International, is a local nonprofit group that supports charitable causes and scholarships in our local community.
The course is an out and back. You will leave the back Toyota parking lot and head east down Posey toward Old Bastrop Hwy. At Old Bastrop Hwy. you will turn right and go to about the first bridge and turn around and come back. There is some elevation when you leave the parking lot and then again when you turn onto Old Bastrop Hwy.
DIRECTIONS TO SAN MARCOS TOYOTA. THE POSEY BRIDGE HAS BEEN REMOVED.
Exits 199 and 200 north bound on Interstate 35 are closed for bridge construction.
Heading north from New Braunfels and San Antonio: Exit at York Creek road exit 196 and come up the service road to the dealership.
Heading south from San Marcos and Austin: Exit at Center Point Rd exit 200 and turn left and go to Old Bastrop Rd. turn right to Posey Rd and then turn left into the dealership.
