Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation is hosting the 5th annual Race to Raise, a 5K chip timed Trail Run on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at the Seguin Outdoor Learning Center.  This year 100% of proceeds will benefit the GRMC's Diabetes Education Program.  The Diabetes Education Program is an accredited program with the goal of educating participants with pre-diabetes and Type 2 diabetes regarding the care and management of their diabetes. Funds raised will be used to purchase equipment and educational materials to enhance this valuable community program.
