About This Event
This event will start and finish at the creek on Lighthouse Hill Ranch. A very beautiful ranch just north of Blanco which has never held a running event. This is a beautiful course starting and finishing on The Creek inside the property. “The Creek” is a 10′ deep in parts natural, spring fed swimming hole with beautiful rock formations around it. It also has a huge hot tub and waterfall. The 10 and 20 Miler will start at the creek and run 1 loop for the 10 mile, 2 loops for the 20 mile, and 3 loops for the 50K. There will be 2 water stops on each loop. This is a hilly, rocky, very scenic trail run. The distances and trail are designed to give runners traiing for ultras, marathons or 1/2 marathons a nice change of pace while still getting a great workout.
